Have done business at Bill's for many years. The new owners are friendly, professional and responsive to your questions and concerns. I have had two oil changes and several repairs in the last month. They are efficient and have done the work as promised. Used their loaner car and if you ever had Bill's old clunker, the Kia is quite a step up.

I would give this no stars worst company ever.My son was in an accident they refused payment from the insurance company and demanded cash. Basically stealing his car.To top this all pff they kept his car key never deal with them they are thieves

Lori, I apologize for any inconvenience you had while dealing with your son's car accident. We tried to explain very clearly the process to release the car for you. There are a couple options, you can let insurance handle it or you can pay to have it released yourself and get reimbursed by your insurance company. We have never refused payment or demanded cash from an insurance company. We accept checks from insurance companies daily. As for the key, you and your son came to collect your belongings from the car and had the key. We never take keys out of vehicles for any reason. All cars are stored in a secured lot so that we never have the need to take keys out of a vehicle. If you have any concerns feel free to reach out to me 513-489-1971. Ask for Chad

Under new management, not the same experience at all... I was a 12 yr customer. I really not see a difference from a car dealer.

Same-day turnaround on a day when I really needed that. I also appreciate that they made me aware of issues my car may need fixed in the future, without trying to pressure or scare me into doing then and there. Very satisfactory.
