I drive a 5 speed Bug that is basically my child, and when she broke down in the middle of 275 I had no choice but to find the nearest shop and pray that they were honest, good mechanics. I am so thankful my quick, desperate googling brought me to Bill's. They have made the whole experience easy, enjoyable and I know my girl is in good hands with them. I don't trust mechanics easily since they usually write me off, but I have never once felt belittled or judged for understanding my car. In spite of living 45 minutes away I will be bringing my car to Bill's for all services in the future.

We were very pleased with the service we received recently on our other two vehicles, so we brought our third one in for an oil change and an overall inspection. The digital reporting program they use gives us an accurate, informative and reviewable overview of our current needs and what will need attention in the future. The customer service person, Shane, does a great job. He is cheerful, attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. The quality work performed by the technicians gives us the confidence that we came to the right place. We would definitely recommend Bill's Auto Service to anyone looking for a trustworthy repair shop.
