I have a foreign vehicle over 10 years old.The customer service and professionalism(from a mechanical standpoint)I experienced was exceptional. I even stopped by their sister atore and was redirected to the correct location , and the same tone and standard were cohesive and welcoming at both locations. I was there for a 2nd opinion, but in addition, I was given a total assessment of recommended or needed repairs. Wasn't what I expected and weighing my options(based on the the of my vehicle).. however, they throughly explained in a way I could comprehend what the work entails in detail as well as a priority of the necessary services for my safety and the vehicles performance and longevity. I felt they would be fair and efficient as well as the turnaround time to get the car back. They provided a loaner vehicle for convenience, which I appreciated. However, only negative things were the condition. Internally, the vehicle was visibly unclean. Unkempt and dusty with a faint off-putting smell. A few service lights were on, and I didn't feel as safe in that loaner either, but I was able to get back to work. Overall experience outweighs the disappointment of the loaner. Would definitely allow them to be the primary servicer of my vehicle. I also received a thorough itemized printout of intended service repair recommendations
