Would have given 0 stars if i could It's not a good business practice to speak to a potential customer with a sarcastic and condensating tone of voice. I don't know why in 2020 with as much competition there is a company would think that you speak to women the way they did.

Bill's has wonderful impressive customer service! I had to have my suv towed back in July and Bill's did the towing and the repair on my ac compressor. They had it fixed in about a day. Can't say much on repair pricing since I don't have to have my car worked on often but the person who called me to tell me why my car wouldn't start was very informative and really took the time to walk me through what was wrong, what happened and the process it get the car fixed. They were very friendly on the phone and when I picked the car up. They even texted me a week later to make sure everything was still good and if I had any issues. What really impressed me is that it is now September, about 2 months later, and they (Will) texted me again to reach out and make sure everything was still good! I find that very impressive and great customer service. I would defiantly recommend Bill's to anyone and if I even need work on my car again I will be calling them!
